Cisco Contract Specialist

Job Description:

As a Cisco Contract Specialist, your primary role is to manage all customer maintenance service contracts, create contract renewal quotes, enter contract renewal orders and work with Client Executives strategically to grow our renewal business. The Contract Renewal Specialist will also interface between the customer and OEM to renew the contracts in a timely manner.

Job Responsibility:

  • Management of Cisco maintenance service contracts and Enterprise Agreements
  • Track renewals and attach rate to ensure that the company maximizes rebates
  • Maintain CRM opportunity for the quotes, and continually follow ups with NAM and/or client
  • Maintain partner relationships at all levels within Manufacturer including regular
  • Track and report valid opportunities in CRM by monitoring and updates
  • Provide LOAs for new clients or existing to capture new Cisco opportunities
  • Maintain and reconcile end-users OEM inventory/licensing and software and proactively manage this process quarterly and annually
  • Proactively manage customer renewals by creating quotes, contacting and collaborate with sales representatives and customers regarding contract renewals that results in closing sales
  • Provide assistance to end-users, sales, engineers and project management team by resolving contract issues and streamlining the customer renewal experience
  • You will build direct relationships with partners, customers, other cross functional leaders and leverage other parts of OEM programs to maximize renewals results across your team.
  • Create renewal reports for clients three months in advance.
  • Change renewal quotes based on customer feedback, including upsell to enterprise agreements.
  • Working knowledge of Cisco “My Cisco Workspace” opening cases and escalation paths.
  • Identify and consolidate other renewals for each customer as a strategic position
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
  • Attend Manufacturer and/or Distributor training as appropriate.
  • Manage and maintain accurate account and opportunity detail in Channel Online and Connectwise.
  • Pull client renewal data reports from system and reconcile in MS Excel
