Key Responsibilities Include:

• Strong communication skills in both a written and verbal form
  PMI/PMP and related experience with project plans, cost management, risk and issues management
• Experience within business domains of Insurance, Healthcare or Financial Services is required for this position
• Track record and experience in the PMO discipline
• Strong hands on experience with project management tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and MS Project
• Help with building roadmaps and manage the implementation
• Work with senior management to escalate and resolve more complex issues or risks
• Utilize IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) to drive technical solution delivery
  Superior interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills, to ensure open communication across project teams
• Understand IT solution delivery processes, procedures, and toolsets (change management)
• Strong and tested project management skills including: Customer relationship management, sponsor expectation management, Risk management, Change management, Vendor Management

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or business discipline
• Prior experience managing IT infrastructure, Security and application projects
• 7+ years project management experience
• Experience in project financials and forecasting
• Strong and tested project management skills including: Customer relationship management, sponsor expectation management, Risk management, Change management, Vendor Management
