Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills and comfort with engaging with people both in person and over the phone
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic photography, image and video editing, and graphic design skills
• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience with social media content creation and basic marketing tasks

Responsibilities:

• Assist with lead generation and outreach tasks to support sales initiatives
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and strategies
• Photograph project job sites across Long Island and NYC for marketing and documentation purposes
• Contribute to the creation of written, video, and image content for various marketing channels
• Assist with managing and creating content for social media platforms (Linkedin, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Build and maintain a calendar of community events for potential sponsorship or participation
• Develop relationships with community members and potential clients to promote NY Tent’s services
• Assist with coordinating events
