Location: Central Islip and NYC

Job Description:

Previous consulting, marketing and sales experience is a plus but not necessary. As a Client Services Executive, you will assist the sales team with increasing Naka revenue and market presence through effective selling into current, and targeted customers. You will achieve growth objectives through prospecting, lead response and relationship building.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute sales strategy by identifying customer needs and selling the appropriate hardware and company services.
  • Provide monthly forecast and quarterly reviews for assigned territory
  • Conduct business in a professional, competent, and ethical manner
  • Customer relationship building
  • Territory management
  • Managing accounts
  • Providing sales and marketing presentations
  • Reporting marketing data and feedback to the client
  • Relaying state of the art technology updates to customers
  • New customer acquisition • Consult priority customers given to us by the client
  • Client branding
  • Account updates
  • Contract overview
  • Develop new account relationships
  • Expand existing accounts within an established geographic territory
  • Maintain and grow existing client revenues through cross-selling of Naka core competencies
  • Establish and maintain manufacturer/partner relationships to develop joint sales opportunities
  • Develop and implement a quarterly account marketing plan

Job Knowledge/Skills:

  • Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Proven ability to leverage subject matter experts to further the sales process
  • Established record of success in sales a plus
  • Work well independently

Education and Experience:

  • Past experience with VARs is a plus
  • Salary: Base + Commission over $150K
