Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and execute the organization’s enterprise technology strategy.
  Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on technology investments and innovation.
• Lead all aspects of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networking, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and end-user services.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Establish IT governance, policies, risk management, compliance, and business continuity programs.
• Oversee cybersecurity strategy, incident response, and regulatory compliance.
• Build, mentor, and inspire high-performing IT leadership and technical teams.
  Develop and manage multi-million-dollar IT budgets while optimizing technology investments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create competitive advantages.
• Partner with business leaders to align technology initiatives with organizational goals.
• Manage strategic vendor relationships and technology partnerships.Hands-on working technical expertise

Experience & Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior executive leadership.
• Proven experience leading enterprise IT organizations and large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong background in cybersecurity, cloud platforms, infrastructure, networking, and enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated success managing complex technology budgets and strategic planning.
• Exceptional executive communication and leadership skills.
• Experience presenting technology strategies to executive leadership and boards.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to bridge technology and organizational objectives.

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading technology organizations within mid-sized to large enterprises.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, data analytics, and modern digital workplace technologies.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and technology integrations is a plus.
